Terms and Conditions

Shipping

We aim to deliver all orders within 10days. We will use Royal mail special delivery so that all items can be tracked using the Royal mail tracker system and will need to be signed for.

Packaging

All items will be gift wrapped and sent in secure outer packaging.

Damage

If the goods arrive damaged then the goods need to be returned within 7days with the original packaging, and postage will be reimbursed. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage once the goods have been received and opened.
